Sit the full DAA before the real one
DAA Ready rebuilds every section of the Defence Aptitude Assessment — same formats, same timings, same pressure — and the full Simulator tells you which roles you'd pass for.
Get a real pass/fail for your role
The Simulator flows all 6 sections together in one timed sitting, then produces a results certificate like the real assessment: your score in every section, and — for the service and role you choose — whether you'd meet the requirements to pass.
- Pick your service and target role before you start
- Every section back-to-back under real timings
- Section-by-section score bars against your role's targets
- A clear PASS / FAIL verdict and what to improve
Sample result. Targets are this app's accuracy model, not published MoD pass marks.
A sample Simulator result — your own certificate reflects your sitting.

Questions, answered
Is this really like the real DAA?
Yes. Every one of the 6 sections is rebuilt to match the Defence Aptitude Assessment's format, controls and timing, and the full Simulator runs them back-to-back just like the real sitting — so there are no surprises on the day.
How does the Pass Guarantee work?
If you pass the DAA Simulator for your role before sitting the real DAA and then don't pass the real thing, we refund your subscription in full — on both the monthly and lifetime plans. Claim within 30 days of your DAA with your official result showing you didn't pass, plus your simulator result showing a pass for that role dated within the 30 days before your assessment. Full details are in our Terms.
What is the DAA Simulator?
It flows all six sections together in one timed sitting, then produces a results certificate: your score in each section, and — for the service and role you choose — whether you'd meet the requirements to pass. It's the closest thing to sitting the real assessment.
How does role eligibility work?
Before you start the Simulator you pick your service (RAF, Royal Navy) and target role. Your section scores are weighted to that role's profile, and you get a PASS/FAIL verdict plus which areas to improve. The targets are our accuracy model, not published MoD pass marks.
Which section is free?
Spatial Reasoning is free to try, no account or payment needed, so you can see the quality before you subscribe. Every other section and the full Simulator are part of Pro.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. The monthly plan is rolling — cancel in one tap and keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. Lifetime is a one-off payment with no subscription.
Is my payment secure?
Checkout is handled by Stripe (via RevenueCat). Your card details go straight to Stripe — DAA Ready never sees or stores them.
Are you affiliated with the RAF or MoD?
No. DAA Ready is an independent training tool built by candidates, for candidates. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the RAF, the Royal Navy, the British Army, the Ministry of Defence, or the official DAA.
